What I'm looking for
I've built open-source ML systems for GPU-accelerated LLM inference, distributed training, serving, RAG, evaluation, and parameter-efficient fine-tuning. My CUDAForge runtime achieved an 8.43× attention speedup and 4.68 ms P50 latency, while EvalAgent-Platform delivered 72% faster evaluation and 10K+ trajectory events per second.
My work combines Python, C++/CUDA, PyTorch, Triton, Ray, DeepSpeed, and FSDP to improve latency, throughput, memory efficiency, and GPU utilization. Through research roles at Zagazig University and Ain Shams University, I've also built inference, calibration, uncertainty, and statistical benchmarking pipelines for large genomic and clinical datasets.
