What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist role where I can use my problem-solving skills and product knowledge to enhance customer engagements and drive success.

At HyperPay, I coordinated end-to-end merchant onboarding with merchants and banking partners to finalize integration setups.

I activated and configured payment methods including Apple Pay, and handled certificate renewals and CSR file generation. I also provided test credentials, entity IDs, and access tokens for sandbox validation.

I diagnosed payment gateway API and codebase issues by analyzing response codes, risk rules, and acquirer messages. I configured merchant risk settings, including 3D Secure rules, BIN ranges, and country access controls, and shared technical updates with merchants and internal teams.
