My journey began in the telecommunications sector as a Consumer Sales Consultant at Zain, where I honed my communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Currently, I work as a Senior Officer Agent at Royal Jordanian Airlines, ensuring seamless passenger service operations while confidently handling high-pressure situations.

These hands-on experiences have enhanced my ability to understand system workflows and customer needs, skills I am now applying and expanding in the Quality Assurance field. I have completed various certifications in Software Quality Assurance Engineering and have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. I am eager to leverage my background and skills in a QA role that challenges me and allows for professional growth.
