At AUBERT & DUVAL, I contributed to financial oversight of strategic CAPEX projects, from budgeting and business plans to funding forecasts and project commissioning. I introduced an executive CAPEX reporting dashboard and a project profitability tool that calculates return indicators, cash curves, and scenario sensitivities.
Earlier, at GROUPE RENAULT, I brought purchasing, supply chain, engineering, and country-wide management control together in a Competitiveness unit. Across automotive, construction materials, and tourism, I’ve worked on budgets, forecasts, reporting, and performance reviews, including commercial profitability and supplier cost analysis.
