At Groupe Rainbow Santé, I supported the group’s growth from €20 million to €70 million in revenue and secured €49.7 million in financing. I also managed €20 million in European FEDER grant funding for a €50 million investment project.

I structured capital markets transactions, including a capital increase and the introduction of an investment fund, and implemented centralized treasury management. I also developed partnerships with Groupe VYV and Imdev and led the merger of sister entities in the healthcare sector.

At Harmonie Technologie / Groupe Pr0ph3cy, I supported an external growth transaction followed by a divestment transaction. I built management control and internal control functions, introduced performance indicators, and managed post-merger integration.

At United Technologies Corporation, I led forecast and budget planning and worked on a €335 million partial asset contribution project. My experience spans finance, audit, M&A, and international organizations; I’m currently completing a Global Executive MBA at SKEMA Business School.
