I've supported production reliability for SFR’s national telecom infrastructure, Maersk/APM Terminals’ automated port operations, OCP’s RHEL fleet, and Mastercard/Visa payment systems. At SFR, I owned L2/L3 incidents across Kubernetes and Linux, reducing MTTR by about 35% through root-cause analysis, debugging playbooks, and RunBooks.

I build observability and automation with Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, and Kubernetes. In my open-source SRE Lab, I created an end-to-end observability and automated-remediation environment that reduced simulated MTTR by about 50%; I’m targeting AI-SRE and Platform Engineering roles where I can build systems that prevent incidents.
