What I'm looking for

I want to build and secure embedded Linux/FPGA platforms, integrate update and diagnostic tooling for automotive systems, and work in cross-project teams using C++, Docker, and CI pipelines.

I’m an Embedded Software Engineer working on a Yocto-based platform where I build and integrate components that load FPGA bitstreams and configure FPGA functionality on target devices.

I develop reliable service discovery by publishing and managing SICK-specific hostnames via libavahi-client for mDNS in a Zeroconf-based network, and I fix and maintain platform components while migrating to new SICK LTS releases.

On the security side, I build a secure Docker layer that lets customers run containerized services without compromising device security, covering container startup, runtime, and ongoing troubleshooting.

Previously at e.solution, I led integration and prototyping of the Update Manager into the CARIAD platform, served as the primary point of contact for release and update of head units, and created C++ tools to orchestrate software updates across distributed infotainment systems and external connected devices. I also developed components that read diagnostic information from ECUs and forward it to a central unit, delivering solutions running on Linux (Yocto)- and QNX-based embedded systems to Audi AG, Porsche AG, and Volkswagen AG.
