At Diamond Age LLC, I analyzed genomic and genetic data for pharmaceutical and biotechnology enterprises, including two top-ten global pharmaceutical companies. I managed analyses for up to four clients concurrently and supported work across the drug discovery lifecycle.
I developed single-cell pipelines and workflows using Seurat and Scanpy, and analyzed data across single-cell and spatial platforms. My work also included bulk RNA-seq, WES/WGS, and GWAS analyses.
At Leidos Biomedical Research (NIH/NCI), I supported the Center for Cancer Research and the Khan Lab at the NCI Genetics Branch with single-cell and multi-omics research. I engineered reproducible Snakemake pipelines for automated processing and downstream reporting, and co-authored peer-reviewed publications.
At Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center, I contributed to the NIH Human Microbiome Project and first-authored two peer-reviewed publications, contributing to both wet-lab experiments and computational analyses.
