I am a payments and cash-management professional with experience processing high-value ACH and wire payments, supporting banking center operations, and ensuring excellent customer and patient experiences. I combine strong time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills to meet sensitive processing deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.

At Alter Domus I follow policies to input, review, and release high-value payments, create training materials, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure investor distributions are completed accurately. Previously, I supported daily banking operations at First Merchants Bank and improved patient check-in and navigation at Indiana University Health, demonstrating adaptability across regulated environments.

I hold a B.S. in General Studies (Social and Behavioral Science) and am completing a Master of Corporate Training and Communication. I volunteer on community health service projects and bring a client-focused, detail-oriented approach to roles that require accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication.
