What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can create personalized therapeutic activities, collaborate with care teams, support rehabilitation goals, and help foster an engaging, respectful environment for residents and staff.

At Carriage Cove Short Term Rehabilitation, I planned and facilitated therapeutic and recreational activities that supported resident engagement, socialization, well-being, and rehabilitation goals.

I conduct resident assessments to personalize activities around individual interests, abilities, and needs. I also collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and build meaningful relationships that support residents emotionally.

I’ve supervised and mentored six staff members, led team meetings, resolved workplace concerns, and maintained organized, safe activity spaces. My background also includes coaching, childcare, and youth camp programming.
