What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles managing therapeutic recreation or youth services where I can build collaborative teams, oversee program operations, and deliver measurable positive outcomes for youth and families.

I am an experienced recreation and youth services leader with an MBA who designs and manages therapeutic recreation and youth development programs. I have led departments, supervised multidisciplinary staff, managed budgets, and coordinated with clinical and residential services to deliver person-centered care and regulatory reporting.

I bring hands-on experience across reunification counseling, behavioral support, and program coordination, with achievements in staff hiring/training, facility oversight, and implementing evidence-informed models such as DBT and the Integrated Treatment Model. I prioritize collaborative, outcomes-driven programming that supports youth, families, and clinical teams.
