I’m a Computer Engineering graduate with a Master’s in Information Technology (Leeds Beckett University, 2026), blending software development fundamentals with AI-powered applications and frontend engineering. I’ve built end-to-end solutions that go beyond demos—like an “AI Powered IT Helpdesk Agent” that automates IT support using conversational AI, intelligent ticket management, and a knowledge base powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), with REST APIs, role-based access, analytics dashboards, and Dockerized deployment.

My work experience and projects keep me hands-on across the stack: I developed “AI-Powered Emotion Detection” using IBM Watson NLP with a Flask interface and unit testing, and I created a “Machine Learning-Based Rainfall Prediction System” using Random Forest, XGBoost, and LightGBM. Professionally, I’ve worked as a React Developer at Yoddha Lab (building reusable components, improving performance, and resolving bugs) and as a Support Engineer handling hardware, software, and network troubleshooting—so I naturally value reliability, clear communication, and measurable impact in production. I’m now seeking opportunities to contribute to innovative teams while expanding my expertise in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud, and data-driven technologies.
