At IBM, I built a production voice-AI phone agent that handles inbound calls end to end, including caller identification, patient onboarding, and appointment booking in English and Spanish. I improved turn detection and reduced worst-case dead air from 18.1 seconds to 3.4 seconds by tracing delays across the call pipeline.
I also built Redline, an AI pull-request review service adopted by other IBM teams, and Periscope, a Chrome extension and MCP server for AI coding agents. For IBM Guardium Data Security Center, I automated developer setup from two weeks to 50 minutes; at Marwiz, I improved a Flutter TV app’s cold-start time from about eight seconds to about two.
