What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production AI and real-time backend systems where I can own reliability, latency, asynchronous orchestration, and scalable integrations.

I've owned the production live-call path for MatchBest Software's AI voice platform, using Node.js, TypeScript, Express, Twilio Media Streams, streaming STT, LLM turn handling, and sentence-level TTS.

I reduced first-turn TTFB from 666 ms to 100 ms and lowered cumulative TTS time from 10,075 ms to 7,111 ms across a 12-turn sequence. I also built barge-in cancellation, provider fallback, deterministic TTS completion, and audio handling for reliable real-time calls.

At Venkwara Infotech, I grew from frontend-led delivery into backend ownership across Python and Node.js services. I built a customer support and ticketing system, CMS APIs with RBAC, Razorpay checkout flows, and GitHub Actions deployments for Docker Compose services on EC2.

My projects extend this work into configurable voice qualification, multilingual AI assistance, interview preparation, and stock-confidence scoring. I focus on deterministic business logic, bounded retries, concurrency safety, resilient integrations, and systems that remain reliable under production failure modes.
