At Advay Labs, I built a Python FastAPI outbound voice agent for Hindi, English, and Hinglish sales calls. Its call state machine handles identification, qualification, FAQs, callbacks, human transfers, and opt-outs.
I implemented the live voice pipeline, connecting speech recognition, natural language understanding, language models, and speech synthesis with Exotel and Sarvam AI. I also added voice activity detection, barge-in, guardrails, and fail-closed policy checks.
To ground responses in approved product knowledge, I designed tenant-scoped retrieval-augmented generation using BGE-M3 embeddings and pgvector. I split the runtime into API, voice, and worker services backed by PostgreSQL and Redis.
Previously, at BlockSynergy Technology Limited, I built RAG workflows and a multilingual document intelligence service for Hindi and English documents. At Innobit Systems, I developed FastAPI backend services and REST APIs; my projects also include document-question-answering and OCR extraction applications.
