I'm looking for project, learning, or operations coordination work where I can turn complex requirements into clear deliverables, collaborate across stakeholders, and support high-quality execution through structured documentation and follow-through.

At Flexing It, supporting Inqubex People Solutions LLP, I coordinate concurrent consulting workstreams spanning leadership development, healthcare knowledge management, organizational design, and competency-based assessment.

I've supported a three-phase learning initiative for 250+ business managers at Titan ADePt, built a centralized PM-JAY knowledge repository, developed 20+ executive role documents for an international government client, and designed 80+ competency-based assessment frameworks for Mission Karmayogi.

My background in psychology strengthens the way I research, synthesize complex inputs, create clear learning resources, and support stakeholders through structured communication and dependable follow-through.
