What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote backend engineering or technical leadership roles, either contractor or EOR, where I can build and scale Voice AI, telephony, POS, and distributed systems with US Eastern collaboration.

At Ezra Technologies, I lead eight engineers building production Voice AI, telephony, and POS platforms serving 500+ restaurant locations. I evolved a Voice AI pipeline handling 5,000+ calls per day with under 1.2-second end-to-end latency, and built a client-agnostic POS processing 10,000+ daily orders and over $1M per month.

I also replaced managed Telnyx call services with self-hosted Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, and SIP.js infrastructure, cutting platform costs by 43% and saving $5K–$6K monthly. Previously, I led backend architecture across enterprise healthcare, fintech, and retail projects at Unico Connect, built reusable ERP integrations at Synergerp, and developed a travel app from scratch at Umrago.
