I'm open to international remote Senior Backend Engineer, Lead Backend Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer opportunities where I can build reliable backend systems, lead delivery, and solve complex product and integration workflows.

I’m an Engineering Lead and backend-focused software engineer with 12+ years of experience building and leading business-critical software across e-commerce, ERP, marketplaces, grievance-management, healthcare, banking and government domains.

My strongest expertise is in Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript, MongoDB/Mongoose, REST APIs and AWS. I have hands-on experience designing backend architecture, database models, transactional workflows, payment integrations, inventory and order management, third-party integrations and production systems.

In my current role as an Engineering Lead, I work closely with developers, product teams and stakeholders to turn complex business requirements into reliable and maintainable solutions. I lead teams of up to 8 developers and contribute across architecture, development, code reviews, debugging, testing, deployment and production support.

I enjoy solving difficult backend problems, improving existing systems and finding practical solutions that balance technical quality with business needs. I’m particularly interested in scalable backend architecture, distributed systems, APIs, data-intensive applications and product engineering.

I’m now looking for a Senior Backend Engineer, Lead Backend Engineer, Senior Software Engineer or Engineering Lead opportunity with a product-focused, remote-first international team where I can remain hands-on while contributing to architecture, technical decisions, mentoring and engineering excellence.
