I bring a results-driven, aviation-focused mix of account management and process improvement. In my current role as an aviation underwriting account manager, I collaborate with underwriting and business partners to meet new business and renewal deadlines, maintain accurate schedules in proprietary rating systems, and ensure proposals and client communications are ready and compliant.

Previously, I served as an assistant manager at a Centennial Aviation Academy, where I supported the leading flight instructor and the company CEO with daily operations and lesson plans. I also helped students prepare for FAA exams, assisted with executive travel arrangements, and maintained FAA compliance by ensuring aircraft maintenance logs were accurate and replacement parts were ordered promptly when defects were found.

I strengthened operational performance through disciplined organization and data use. I tracked company financial logs, invoice status, and customer payments, then performed cost/benefit analysis to recommend optimal training solutions within client budgets—communicating results clearly to both clients and upper management. I also worked on the company website to improve usability and visual appeal, streamlining the booking process to make it more convenient for instructors and customers.

My foundation is backed by hands-on aviation experience and recognized agile credentials. I obtained FAA private pilot certification with instrument rating and stay grounded in Federal Aviation regulations and aircraft operations. I’m SAFe Agile 6 certified and a Certified Scrum Master, and I bring the same drive that earned a high school robotics technology-fair win and a commitment to volunteering and helping people succeed.
