I’m a software engineer with experience building production AI systems and event-driven backend infrastructure. I’ve shipped RAG pipelines, semantic search systems, and HLS video processing in production, comfortable owning features end-to-end from system design through deployment.

In my current role at Troopr Labs, I owned end-to-end development of a multi-tenant Help Center platform with a real-time editor and live preview. I integrated Slack and Microsoft Teams webhook events to trigger an event-driven LLM pipeline that routes queries through a Pinecone-backed retrieval system and returns context-grounded responses in real time.

Earlier, as a Full-Stack Engineer (Contract) at SEEme Inc, I designed and built an event-driven HLS video pipeline with S3-triggered Lambda transcoding and status updates via webhooks. I also reduced API P95 latency from 6s to 3s by addressing N+1 query anti-patterns with MongoDB $lookup patterns and query optimization.

Across my experience at Plutus Labs, I built RESTful APIs for creator-business collaboration workflows, integrated Stripe and PayPal payment gateways, and optimized Firebase read performance. I’ve consistently improved throughput and reliability through parallelization, connection pooling, and migrations—like moving backend code from JavaScript to TypeScript with strict typing across API contracts.
