What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in evidence-informed public policy research where I can analyse governance and social issues, contribute to policy documentation, and translate complex findings into clear, accessible communication.

I'm an early-career public policy researcher focused on evidence-informed analysis and clear communication of complex governance issues.

At Neeti Varta Institute of Policy Research, I conducted desk research on India’s health sector and the Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan, examining maternal-health service delivery and high-risk pregnancy tracking.

Through India House’s STIP-C and SAIP-C and The Indian Netizens’ PICS-I challenge, I worked on problem framing, systems thinking, stakeholder mapping, policy analysis, and solution design. I also developed a mixed-methods research proposal on barriers affecting rural young women’s transition to higher education and formal employment.

My background in Journalism and Mass Communication supports my policy documentation, analytical writing, visual communication, and public-facing content work. I bring sustained study of Indian polity, governance, public administration, economics, and social issues to my research.
