At Softtek, I work as a Software Tester on enterprise systems for UPS, designing and executing end-to-end and regression test scenarios. I also analyze and document defects and generate monthly quality reports.

For Citibanamex, I designed and executed test cases using ALM and performed database validations for financial systems. I identified and tracked critical system defects.

On GoDaddy work, I performed functional and release validation testing in production-like environments, reviewed automated test results, and supported defect investigations. I documented defects using Jira and Confluence and participated in Agile ceremonies.

I also developed frontend components for the Tutoring System at Universidad Politécnica de Zacatecas and implemented server-side communication using PHP and MySQL. I’m currently focused on expanding my backend development and AWS expertise, with an interest in infrastructure and secure system design.
