What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my functional QA and L2 application support experience in an Agile, quality-first environment where I can improve system stability, collaborate across teams, solve issues, and support continuous process improvement.

I've supported Softtek teams across functional manual testing, application support, and IT audit work, helping keep complex web-based applications secure, reliable, and ready for production.

As a Functional Manual Tester, I design and execute test cases across front-end, back-end, regression, API, SQL, and database validation. I track defects through closure in Jira, Mantis, and QMetry, report test metrics, and create QA documentation, user manuals, tutorials, flowcharts, and checklists.

Previously, I provided L2 application support for an identity management solution, troubleshooting incidents, analyzing root causes, validating upgrades and migrations, and collaborating on SOX compliance and Disaster Recovery exercises.

My earlier work at DIATEC included web development, website administration, desktop support, domain and email server management, maintenance, security updates, SEO, and user-focused web content.
