What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can teach and research art history, translate complex ideas through strong writing, and support public-facing programming with careful organization, accuracy, and clear communication.

I’m a PhD-trained researcher and educator with extensive experience in writing, research, teaching, and public-facing communication. I’m at my best when I’m turning complex, interdisciplinary material into clear, structured work for both specialized and general audiences.

As a Teaching Assistant and Instructor at the University of Texas at Austin, I served as instructor of record for Art History Survey II. I led classroom instruction and discussion, provided detailed written feedback, responded to large volumes of student inquiries, and maintained organized records while managing multiple responsibilities.

My research background includes work as a Research Assistant (Mellon Fellow of Latin American Art) with the Blanton Museum of Art, where I conducted research on Latin American and visual culture topics. I synthesized complex information into clear written formats while working with archival and visual materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across documentation.

I’ve also built strong curatorial and communication skills through museum and independent research roles. At NBC Oklahoma Wigwam Art Gallery, I curated exhibitions end-to-end, produced interpretive and exhibition text, managed collections and organizational records, and coordinated timelines from planning through installation; I’ve also published and contributed featured curatorial work.
