I evaluated AI-generated responses in English and Spanish, comparing outputs for clarity, accuracy, and completeness. I also checked factual information against reliable online sources and refined prompts to get more useful responses.

As a Business Owner of a retail store, I manage daily operations, inventory, sales, and customer concerns. I use Microsoft Excel to organize inventory and sales information, and Canva to create promotional materials.

Previously, as a Sales & Digital Marketing Assistant at a Computer Systems Company, I assisted customers with software and technology solutions and supported digital marketing campaigns and social media initiatives. I also used ChatGPT for research and writing assistance, and reviewed English and Spanish content for grammar, tone, and readability.
