What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an energy/infrastructure legal role where I can own regulatory strategy and contract risk work—supporting due diligence, tariff/regulatory submissions, and dispute-ready documentation in a fast, research-led environment.

I’m a BBA LL.B. graduate from Symbiosis Law School, Noida, and I currently practice at PP Law Chambers. My work translates regulatory frameworks into commercial insights, helping clients reduce risk and make actionable decisions in the energy sector.

At PP LAW Chambers, I analyze Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Fuel Supply Agreements (FSAs), focusing on risk allocation, force majeure triggers, and payment structures. I also advise on Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) and Multi-Year Tariff (MYT) petitions before electricity regulatory commissions, evaluating tariff structures and project viability for thermal power assets.

I draft and support regulatory and dispute matters, including briefing notes for arbitration proceedings with attention to delay risks, liquidated damages exposure, and enforceability of key provisions (like SCOD extensions). I’ve also conducted contract-level assessments to understand how regulatory changes affect performance obligations, revenue streams, and the commercial viability of long-term energy contracts.

Earlier roles strengthened my foundation through end-to-end legal due diligence for EPC and infrastructure entities, including verification indexing across MCA filings, PNGRB authorisations, and litigation exposure. Through internships and co-curricular achievements (including winning a national moot and receiving a full merit scholarship to HPAIR), I’ve built a disciplined, research-driven approach to regulatory strategy, compliance, and cross-border analysis.
