Lead legal due diligence on revenue records, survey documents, RTC extracts and title deeds to establish clear chain of title and identify encumbrances, defects and litigation risks before acquisition. Draft, review, negotiate and execute land instruments and liaise with revenue officials to secure permissions, NOCs and approvals within project timelines.

Directed end-to-end due diligence, negotiation and documentation for acquisition of 550+ acres for the Sedam cement plant, with zero title disputes post-registration. Led fatal accident criminal litigation from FIR at the JMFC Court through the Sessions Court to the Karnataka High Court, securing quashing of charge sheets against the Company's Occupier and Manager.

Managed legal and land operations for a 180 MW wind energy project across Gurmitkal, Zalaki and Gudanal, covering procurement, title clearance and documentation for WTG locations, access roads and substation sites. Coordinated with external legal teams for TSRs and liaised with revenue authorities for statutory permissions, NOCs and approvals.

Led due diligence and land procurement for 1,500+ acres for the greenfield plant at Chittapur through Agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, Supplementary Sale Deeds and Consent Deeds. Led all stages of 220 kV transmission line disputes at the Civil Court, High Court and Deputy Commissioner levels, securing judgments and orders that enabled erection of lines and tower poles.

Provided legal advisory and retainer services during the early-phase operations at Sedam, covering land procurement, litigation support, compliance and stakeholder management. Worked with external advocates to prepare civil, criminal and revenue cases; attended hearings and maintained documentation and follow-up schedules.
