I’m a results-driven Release Assurance professional focused on manual testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). I prioritize fast, accurate issue resolution while keeping product quality and smooth releases at the center of my work.
In my current Senior Representative role, I test 10+ tickets daily and help prevent defects by following checklists and test cases. I also prevented 14 P2 issues last year, strengthening release stability and overall product outcomes.
