What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in QA/Release management where I can drive test strategy, process excellence, mentor teams, and collaborate with DevOps in a quality-focused, compliant environment.

I am a QA and Release Manager with over 12 years of experience in software testing, QA strategy and end-to-end delivery across domains including e-commerce, energy, telecom, ALM, SIEM and XSOAR. I participate in all STLC phases from inception through handover to operations.

I specialize in defining and executing test strategies, test plans, test cases and release documentation, including Release Notes, BVT/Smoke checklists, Test Exit Criteria and QA sign-offs. I am an ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor with exposure to ISO 27001:2013 and have hands-on experience in API testing, JMeter performance testing and foundational Selenium + TestNG automation.

I have managed end-to-end release planning and execution while collaborating with QA, DevOps and business stakeholders, re-engineered QA processes and led onsite/offshore manual and automation teams. I focus on building ownership, accountability and continuous learning through structured training, clear quality metrics and effective reporting.
