What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or contribute to QA delivery for enterprise applications, using manual, API, SQL, Agile, and release-management experience while continuing to grow toward ServiceNow QA.

I've led end-to-end QA for Bromcom's School Management Information System, building test strategies, regression suites, and release validation plans across core school-management modules.

Previously at Aspire Systems, I tested a Salesforce-integrated vehicle insurance platform across onboarding, policy lifecycle, renewals, endorsements, and claims. At Amazon Development Centre India, I supported AWS Connect, Amazon Shopping, and Fire Phone releases, including accessibility, mobile, localization, compatibility, and consumer-device testing.

Across 9+ years, I've executed 600+ manual test cases, validated REST APIs with Postman and backend data with SQL, coordinated Agile QA teams, mentored engineers, and improved release readiness through metrics and reporting.
