What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to human-centered education, communication, recruitment, or organizational strategy work where I can create meaningful learning experiences and emotionally engaging content.

At Link Engineers and SK Sikka Group, I coordinate recruitment across accounts, sales, IT, creative, and operational roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews and candidate evaluation. I also create role-specific assessments, onboarding documentation, recruitment campaigns, and LinkedIn and Instagram content.

I've supported the early development of SK Sikka Vidya Vikas Foundation and creative recruitment for Giant Rocket Media & Entertainment, contributing to communication planning, creator outreach, reel concepts, scripts, and promotional content.

In schools including Shiv Nadar School and Gyan Bharati School, I designed play-based learning experiences using storytelling, art, sensory activities, visuals, music, and digital tools. I use observation and reflective notes to adapt learning experiences to individual needs.

My background in English, early childhood education, and teacher education shapes my interest in emotionally engaging content, meaningful learning experiences, and human-centered organizational systems.
