At Accenture, I shaped key parts of GenWizard, an AI marketplace supporting discovery and trial of 50+ enterprise agents. I owned catalog and discovery, asset details, and trial journeys so customers could explore and assess assets before deciding whether to purchase them.
I also defined interaction patterns for intelligent systems around autonomy, human intervention, approvals, uncertainty, and user control. In RDE workshops, I simplified SAP planning workflows with intelligent agents that automated 80% of routine cases and reduced multi-day reviews to a single session.
At Intelehealth, I conceptualized and led eZazi, an end-to-end maternal and fetal health telemedicine platform. I owned the product experience from clinical workflow understanding through prototyping, validation, and engineering handoff, helping clinicians manage 250+ patients per week in low-connectivity environments.
For eZazi, I shaped AI-assisted case summaries and diagnostic support with clear context, reducing case review time from 10 minutes to 5–7 minutes. I also mentored two design interns and was recognized with the Accenture ACE Award for my contributions to GenWizard.
