At Khoros, I maintained high-availability AWS and Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, managed CI/CD-driven deployments through Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps, and improved observability with Datadog, Sumo Logic, and Kibana. I troubleshoot production issues in distributed Kubernetes environments and build Python and Shell automations to reduce manual work.

At Emirates Airlines, I supported critical enterprise applications, administered Linux and Windows servers, and managed high-severity incidents through ServiceNow under ITIL standards. I worked closely with engineering teams and vendors to maintain SLA adherence and resolve escalated issues.

Earlier at IBM India, I supported Oracle production and development environments, incident management, problem management, change management, and 24x7 production support. I bring more than 10 years of experience improving cloud reliability, deployment efficiency, monitoring, and incident response.
