At TCS (Pvt.) Ltd., I manage international collection and recovery activities, including recovery forecasting, overdue portfolios, and customer credit exposure. I monitor aging and DSO and prepare collection MIS for management updates.
I drive recovery of aged receivables through customer follow-ups, payment commitments, recovery plans, and escalation. I also coordinate ledger reconciliations and disputed receivables with Finance and Accounts, and work with Legal on difficult recovery cases.
Across my earlier TCS roles, I managed territory collection accounts, supported customer service and retail sales, and assisted with retail accounts activities. I hold an MBA from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University.
