Aakim Patel

I am a diploma-trained Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience managing retail operations and leading GRV (goods return voucher) processes. I combine practical mechanical knowledge with administrative and customer-service experience gained in international and local roles.

From 2018–2019 I managed an OK Express store and a PUMA filling station in Swaziland, overseeing systems, assigning tasks, and handling returns and customer complaints. More recently (2023–2025) I led the GRV department at Kismet Spar Laudium and its franchise, producing inbound/outbound reports, preparing quotations, and managing electronic invoicing for two branches.

Technically, I have strong familiarity with mechanical equipment, protection systems, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). I completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University in 2020.
