I’m a results-oriented Operations Specialist with a proven track record in E-commerce Logistics (Flipkart) and Trust & Safety (Walmart). At Flipkart (Teleperformance), I managed the Order-to-Delivery (OBD) lifecycle, coordinated with logistics partners to resolve delayed shipments, and helped significantly reduce RTO. I also spearheaded high-priority escalation handling for Refunds, Replacements, and OBD failures while maintaining 100% SOP compliance.
