Aadarsha Lohani

At Global College of Social Science and Technology, I’m studying for a BTech in Artificial Intelligence. I’m seeking an entry-level internship where I can apply my technical skills, contribute to practical projects, and gain professional experience.

I developed a working prototype that recognizes five predefined hand signs in real time using webcam input, MediaPipe Hands, and a Random Forest classifier. It extracts 21 hand landmarks per frame to generate 63 numerical features.

I integrated recognized signs with English text, predefined Nepali translations, and text-to-speech output. The model was trained and evaluated on 1,000 collected samples and achieved 100% accuracy on a held-out test set of 200 samples.

I have intermediate Python skills and experience with data preprocessing, supervised machine learning, and tools including Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Git, and Jupyter Notebook.
