Nandini Karn

I’m a Computer Vision Engineering Intern candidate and Electronics & Communication Engineering student with hands-on experience in robotics, embedded systems, and real-time computer vision pipelines. I build gesture-controlled and autonomous robotic systems by combining OpenCV and MediaPipe with microcontroller-based hardware integration.

In my robotics internship at Uttan Robotics (Mar 2026 – May 2026), I completed a two-month internship focused on robotics and embedded systems, gaining practical experience in hardware-software integration and microcontroller-based control. I also received an internship completion certification from Uttan Robotics.

Through personal projects, I’ve developed a hand-gesture controlled robot, an intruder detection system using object detection, and a maze-solving robot using sensor-based pathfinding logic—work that reflects how I like to learn by building end-to-end systems.
