At my family’s restaurant in Braga, I support daily operations by responding to customer enquiries and helping manage orders.

I check online order details, help prepare and package orders when needed, and assist with website management, Shopify exploration, and product presentation.

I organise business records, maintain transaction information, support bookkeeping, and track income, expenses, and payments.

I’m studying Security and Data Protection for Information Systems at IPCA. I’m comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and online tools, and have basic experience with Shopify setup and website content management.
