At JSC Stroytransneftegaz, I analyze construction project data, monitor KPIs and prepare management reporting. I redesigned the reporting structure, reducing weekly update time by about an hour.

I standardized the reporting template for five construction sites and created an update checklist, reducing the required operations from nine to seven. I also contributed to integrated reporting across financial indicators, construction progress, labor and technical resources, and trained two site engineers on the new system.

At GSP-2, I planned production and resources for a large industrial construction project. I organized a quarterly planning cycle while my direct manager was absent and coordinated schedules with production units, procurement and construction-site managers.

Earlier, at Laboratoriya LLC, I inspected industrial and administrative structures and prepared industrial safety expert reports. At NIPI Pegaz, I developed BIM for a chemical laboratory and coordinated with design disciplines.
