At Представительство АО Путеви Ужице в г. Москве, I coordinated the ПТО team and construction progress with site engineering staff. I checked project and working documentation, work quantities, and production schedules.
I also prepared and reviewed work execution plans, coordinated design changes, and tracked material needs. I checked subcontractors’ work and supporting documentation against project requirements and actual quantities.
At ООО МЕГАОМ, I coordinated the ПТО group for subcontractors on an assigned site and planned and monitored engineers’ tasks. I also oversaw executive documentation and the submission of completed work to clients and inspection authorities.
Earlier, I worked as a design engineer at Гражданпроект, preparing design documentation for КЖ, КР, КМ, and КД sections. My experience also includes construction supervision, preparing and submitting executive documentation, and coordinating project changes during construction.
