At Cyborg Automation, I refined the prompt for a banking client's RPA-style automation solution, achieving 100% task accuracy. I also designed and shipped internal chatbot and voicebot prototypes for QA testing and client demos.
I built a voicebot fully in Jordanian colloquial dialect, tuning TTS/STT for pronunciation and pacing. For a Saudi bank chatbot, I improved Arabic language quality, dialect handling, and intent recognition.
At Xina AI, I designed conversation flows and built chatbot and voicebot experiences across web and voice platforms. I also annotated and validated Arabic NLP data, using Python, JSON, and regular expressions to automate annotation and QA tasks.
My projects include a bilingual voicebot for a Jordanian bank and a rules-based sales chatbot for Central Cars, deployed on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and the company website. I hold a BA in Arabic Language and Literature from University of Jordan, and my work draws on Arabic linguistics, dialect adaptation, and conversational AI.
