At Datakite, I researched and designed an AI-powered IVR integration architecture for its voice assistant platform. I developed an approach combining TTS, ASR, LLM APIs, Cisco IVR, and Genesys enterprise telephony, and documented the system architecture.
At Royal Jordanian Airlines, I developed responsive internal web applications and worked on SQL Server databases, API integrations, and data-retrieval workflows. I also contributed to improving internal software tools.
My research on multiclass diabetes prediction was published in IEEE Xplore. I also built a 6-DOF robotic chess system for my graduation project, achieving approximately 99% manipulation success with ±5 mm positioning accuracy.
