What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a CTO-scope role as the primary technology decision-maker, or a VP/Director-scope role on a senior leadership team driving engineering strategy across multiple domains.

At AUTODOC, I was responsible for engineering strategy, organizational development, and delivery across an organization of 50+ engineers. I grew the function from individual teams into a structured engineering organization with clear ownership and accountability.

I established an engineering operating model, principles, and governance practices to improve delivery predictability and architectural consistency. I also evaluated Snowflake, introduced dbt as a foundation for analytics engineering, and made Architecture Decision Records a standard practice.

Earlier at AUTODOC, I led delivery of a real-time pricing platform processing around 30k requests per second. Before that, I designed and delivered distributed backend systems at ADTELLIGENT and developed backend services at READDLE, ADCENTER, and PENTALOG.
