What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to return to a dedicated Project Manager role where I can lead complex delivery, improve team efficiency through Agile practices, manage stakeholders and risks, and build reliable operational processes.

I've managed up to 100 concurrent residential and commercial construction projects at Tangent Design & Engineering, coordinating budgets, schedules, contracts, technical teams, clients, and regulatory documentation.

Previously at 27 Nerds, I led multinational teams across multiple software projects, delivered a large-scale website and admin panel, and rolled out a CRM system that reduced time to add functionality by 40%.

I'm currently applying my project and operations management experience as Managing Director and Co-Owner of Arena 27, where I've helped move the venue from operating loss to stable revenue through restructuring, financial oversight, and quality controls.
