What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR or HRIS role where I can improve Workday and HR processes, use data to support business decisions, and lead practical change across recruitment, rewards, operations, and employee relations.

At Solenis, I design, test, and implement Workday enhancements, with core focus on Recruitment and experience across HCM, business processes, reporting, security, and audit and compliance.

I've supported Workday implementation and ongoing global development, partnered on a sales-organization redesign, and led COVID response efforts covering communication, remote work, and furlough management. I also helped reduce payroll and HR administration costs by 30% while keeping medical insurance pricing flat without compromising quality.

Previously, I led HR at EXANTE, implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition process, procuring and implementing an ATS, and establishing HR metrics and reporting across IT, sales, Europe, Russia, and CIS operations.
