I manage IT projects at Itach-soft from initiation and requirements gathering through delivery, demos, retrospectives, and closure. I simultaneously lead 10–15 active projects with cross-functional teams of up to 10 developers, QA specialists, designers, analysts, and engineers.
I turn client requirements into prioritized Jira tasks, backlogs, specifications, status reports, and delivery plans. I also support presale by estimating timelines and effort, while managing scope, risks, changes, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
Previously, as a Junior Project Manager at Meraline, I coordinated the VERTEX VIEW project, tracked delivery in Jira, ran daily meetings, maintained documentation, and kept communication clear between the development team and stakeholders.
Before moving into IT, I supervised a 15+ person team at Galaxy Bar and improved team efficiency by 20% through clearer task control, operational reporting, iterative feedback, and process improvements.
