I've built and maintained B2B products end to end, from provider integrations and browser automation to RAG document flows and tool-driven AI agents. I focus on making unreliable external systems dependable in production.

At a US B2B healthcare SaaS company, I owned integrations for 14 healthcare providers handling roughly 40,000 unattended sessions per month. By reverse-engineering provider APIs and moving nine flows from browser automation to direct HTTP calls, I raised success rates from about 80% to 97% and cut average run time roughly eightfold.

At ReadMe, I develop OpenAPI integration features, API Explorer improvements, and developer-facing tooling across Node.js and React systems. I built a CLI for OpenAPI diffing, validation, and structure inspection that reduced typical specification investigations from around 30 minutes to under five.

I've also delivered full-stack functionality across five client products at Appexoft, worked directly with PMs and clients, and mentored two junior engineers. I enjoy owning work from solution design through release, production support, and code review.
