What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue driving medical device adoption and regional growth through clinical support, distributor leadership, physician engagement, and commercial strategy in international MedTech environments.

At BHS Technologies, I lead distributor networks across CEE and South Africa, combining strategic market development with in-theatre support during complex procedures. I deliver clinical and commercial training, manage KPIs and pipelines, and work with marketing, clinical, and leadership teams to grow adoption and market penetration.

Previously, at Risalko, I supported interventional radiology procedures including cryoablation, thrombectomy, and microablation. Across five countries, I have supported more than 100 procedures and developed distributors in over five international markets while building trusted relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders.
