Xristiana Mixailidou

I’m a PhD Candidate focused on educational leadership and artificial intelligence in education, with a strong academic foundation in philology, educational administration and leadership, and educational evaluation. My research centers on how educational administration and leadership can enhance teaching, learning, and school inclusion through artificial intelligence.

I hold two Master’s Degrees with distinction and combine academic rigor with a practical, learner-focused approach. I’ve built expertise across curriculum design and educational planning, academic writing, and educational research—always aiming to translate findings into meaningful improvements for schools and students.

I also bring teaching experience: four years at the secondary education tutoring centre Ariston and one year of university-level tutoring. I delivered private lessons for language development and examination preparation, taught Greek as a foreign language to Italian students with personalised material, and provided academic support to university students with coursework and comprehension of Humanities material.

My professional ethos is grounded in student-centred and inclusive teaching, organisational and communication skills, and careful attention to detail. I’m especially motivated by human-AI collaboration in educational decision-making, and I keep growing through seminars, conferences, and lifelong learning in educational leadership, innovation, and digital transformation.
